Cut Out Relay Wiring Diagram – The circuit diagram below is taken from some of the files on this forum (thanks Mezo). The image is 10MB in size and can be downloaded directly from http: //easyonlineweb.co.uk/images/3AJ%2 … iagram.jpg if anyone wants.
I can not know where the starter relay (10) sensor received a positive supply. I can see that the lower end of the sensor is connected to ground via the engine stop switch (1) and the start button ( 2). The upper end of the device (which we need to get current) through the relay circuit breaker starting (9) and then through the clutch switch (35) to CDI (5) in the blue wire.
Cut Out Relay Wiring Diagram
I think the CDI is powered by the alternator via the red and brown wires and there is no connection to the battery. . So how can it provide power when the engine is not running?
How To Create A Pump Control Circuit To Automatically Empty A Tank
The relay circuit starts as long as the ignition switch is on and the wheel is neutral (switch 7) – so no problem.
But I can not understand how the positive news got there to drive the forwarding of startup devices. Makes me crazy !! Please help

Edit: I did not consume electricity, there is a light in front (along the red line) asked how to create electricity? How is it toggled or enabled?
Simple Headlight Relay Wiring
Yes, this is how the sensor receives power to turn on / off the relay (10). I can see how the sensor is connected to ground via the run / start button, but not how it gets its positive supply.

To activate the relay, it contains ignition information from the jammed relay … red and white wires
Yes, I see that 12V should come from the red / white wire from the relay (9), but if you follow the wire through the other side of the relay, it turns out to be a black / yellow wire, then go. Through. . Clutch switch and from there to the CDI unit.
Norton Commando Wiring Diagram
The second position requires 12V power and through the starting circuit disconnects the relay (9) on the red / white wire and on the other side the black / yellow wire in the third position. Through the clutch switch in position 4 and then to CDI in position 5.
I think CDI has no power for it unless the engine is running and power is coming from the alternator. And why the clutch is involved anyway. I just do not understand!

Exit the black / yellow wire transmission, which then passes through the clutch switch and from there to the CDI unit. So if the CDI unit supplies 12V, where does it come from? Jim Jim, you will not win …
Ignition Ignition to starter relay from # 9 … Yes … it does not come from the other side like the black and yellow wires … it is two separate wires that do different things ….
Diy: Installing A Gps System On My Car Without Cutting A Single Wire
No.9 is a Relay type, it has a Live (brown) cable to feed it …. It distributes 12v to different parts of the system depending on the situation 1. Neutral switch 2. Side stand switch 3. Clutch switch ..
E.g. If the wheel is in neutral and on its side … the relay will power the starter relay, cdi, neutral light etc … if the wheel is in the gearbox then the wheel will not start unless the clutch is engaged. Inside …
Similarly, if the bottom part is down and you attach the clutch and the gearbox, the engine will shut down …. all run by Transmission through the first circuit.
Black and yellow wires are not connected to red and white wires, they are separate wires.

My bike does not have a neutral clutch switch or side switch so there is not much I can do with the multimeter to check the circuit diagram. It was not mixed when I got it – now!
One to start the engine with a power solenoid starter and the other to stop the engine by stopping the sparking with CDI (side stand switch / neutral switch).
In the winter, I would switch wheels properly with the clutch switch, the neutral transmission and the side stand switch – but I have to understand how it works.
Single pole single transmission (inner wire not shown in diagram) – 4 wires (2 for coils and 2 for contacts). When the relay is turned on, 2 contacts are connected.

If there is an internal connection inside the relay, it will make sense that the brown wire and the red / red wire are connected when the relay is charged the same power as the blue and black / yellow wires.
Do you have any wheels or bikes ?: 2 XT600s -1VJ, BSA Bantam Trail, CRF1000, BSA B25 If I could find every bit!
I plan to start rebuilding the 3TB storage then in the 1VJ frame. (For those who like originality, please stop reading!) I plan to reduce the wiring to the simplest form with light bulbs, batteries and electric starters – my goal is to run as basic as possible fun. Considerations like the road. I have all the Xt guns, forks and brakes, etc.
I wonder if you can provide a basic wiring diagram or more pictures? Can you help me solve your problem instead? Sometimes wiring diagrams can be missed and it is easier to just make a point to draw and draw on plain paper. So I sold it before I traded on the ’93 weekend. I have never heard of a diagnosis as to why an air conditioner does not work. I lived there for three years without air conditioning. I tried to help him solve the problem when I talked to the new owner today. Turn the wheel and in 5 minutes I see that the car has a manual clutch transmission. It seems like you just have to unplug the relay and connect the clutch cable according to the scheme. Do! Now it seems a bit crazy, but my question is this: Does the car have an a / c transmitter that receives the signal from tcm and the manual does not have a relay?

You do not have TCM in the manual and the Germans are too busy manipulating emissions to generate ECM results to do the same. (Speech) But maybe the reason. It’s a bit weird that TCM offers AC cuts – anything else makes me work on shutting down ECM _________________ .ssS!
Which is strange. The T3 uses the air conditioner (ice) pressure / temperature switch for the clutch disconnect function and only connects the A / C system to the engine control via the idle control relay … and probably the TPS in WOT. Maybe the T4 uses the clutch when you drive down the WOT manually. __________________ Casey – Volkswagen Powered by Volkswagen ’89 Bluestar ALH w / 12mm Waldo pump, PP764 & GT2052 ’01 Weekender AXK ’04 Passat Variant BHW Oly Bulli “Hold Close!”
I will look at my turbo beetle stick diagram to see if it belongs to VAG. My Beetle is a dark blue men’s car, so it is not a female car. The diagram on my girl car shows an AC clutch controlled by a cooling group relay that receives multiple inputs from the ECM and other sensors. So there is no TCM to cut the relay there. __________________. ស ស ស!

Why does the car have an a / c cut off relay that receives the signal from tcm and the manual does not have that relay?
Can you explain? I’m trying to get my ’95 autotrans AC enabled. Looking at the diagram, I believe the relay J246 is the “38” relay on the fuse board.
