Be careful when handling the nominal voltage, it appears to be directly from the battery, short circuit or wrong connection can damage the control unit or other parts of the electric bike

There is a thin red wire on most control units in the battery connector or ignition cable. When the voltage of the yellow wire reaches 36V, the voltmeter will light up. (If you do not have an ignition wire from the console, do not connect the blue wire, and unplug it)

3 wires, black, green, red are already connected to the control unit, the special black wire is for the voltmeter on the negative accelerator GND.

The wires on the saddle speed connector are exactly the same (green to green, red to red, black to black) you just need to change the throttle connector – there is a small black connector and the control board has a larger white connector.

Thanks for the info, AHicks. I’m giving up this new console…it’s not working. The reason I got it is because one of my consoles and a front motor (a twin motor electric scooter) died a few months ago.

I’d order a 2800w motor forward, that way the throttle shield would work on the console, LOL.

Not sure if my recently purchased key lock thumb throttle (see above) will work…or should I buy another key lock switch? Which one, this or this? I’m not really sure what to do. I plan to run two controllers and two accelerators independently.
